After approval a FNCAS representative will contact you and get you started. We look forward to meeting you.

- Walking and socializing dogs and puppies
- Socializing cats and kittens
- Cleaning in the cat room
- Participating in adoption events
- Supporting the operation of the FNCAS Thrift Shop
- Providing clerical support for shelter staff
Meet these criteria
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Love animals and want to make a difference
- Visit the shelter or the thrift shop and meet FNCAS volunteers
- At the shelter or home complete the attached PDF fillable application (volunteer_application_fncas_july_2022.pdf) which includes a background check through the Sheriff's Department. If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the application, please go to get.adobe.com/reader/ for instructions. After completing your application be sure to physically sign your name where indicated and include a copy of your driver's license.
