- Leave a Legacy Gift of rescue, include FNCAS in your will or estate plan to ensure local animals are cared for well into the future: (a) Will or Trust Gift - Name FNCAS to receive a gift as a specific amount or percentage in your will or living trust. (b) Beneficiary Designations - Use the legal name, address, and tax ID to name FNCAS the beneficiary of assets such as retirement accounts, insurance policies, commercial annuities or bank accounts. (3) Retained Life Estate - Deed your residence, farmland or other properties to FNCAS.
