This page is dedicated to all of the dogs waiting for their forever homes. Their vaccinations are current. If they have not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption, you'll receive a certificate for spaying/neutering (generously provided by the Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck). If you have questions about adoptable pets, call the Shelter at (804) 580-6156.
Additionally, we now have a new, easy, and exciting way to make a donation on behalf of the dogs and cats at our Shelter. Both Amazon and Chewy now have a Gift Registry specifically created for the Northumberland County Animal Shelter. These are items that are needed for both dogs and cats which will enhance their living conditions, health, and overall enjoyment while residing in our Shelter.
It is VERY simple to use. Simply click on the Donate thru Amazon button or the Donate thru Chewy button at the top of the page and begin shopping. Select the items you wish to give to the Shelter. It's that easy!! We will modify this Gift Registry from time to time as animal needs change.
